HELP!!! need something to cover tie down areas

Ok, i tried unscrewing the 6 tie down hooks on my trac, and i got 4 of them off no problem. Now, since its a 2001 job 1, theyve been through about 4 winters. The rear 2 hook screws were so rusted that i couldnt unscrew them...I ended up breakin the screws off inside the truck so they cant be used for new screws... I need something that will fit in the spaces and look good without screwing in.... any ideas???

Can't you use a screw extractor to remove the broken bolts?

Worst comes to worst, the ol tiny tap and die, dont know if it would work on something that small in diameter though

No, i tried a screw extractor- it wouldnt work, and the bolts r pushed way to far in to reach- i cant even see them- they got pushed down....any ideas how ican cover this up????
