Help wanted with tires

I was wanting to know. If 265/70R16 on 16x8 will fit under my ST and not rub if its not lifted.

I have 265/75 16's on my stock rims ('05). I only get a little rubbing when I make a hard left turn...:driving:

Probably but it depends on the offset of the particular rim. For whatever reason, most 16"-and-up rims have a GM-type offset, i.e. positive offset and tuck the tire and wheel closer to the body. Look for something with 4.0" or less backspace. When I was thinking about getting 16x8's for my old '05 Trac the least backspace I found was on the Pro Comp 1069 and 1089 wheels.

The ones i was looking at had a 0 offset if im not mistaken. And was told at the tire store that they would stick out some
