Exhaust check magnaflow, or just cut out the muffler and resonator and weld in new Flowmaster or other stainless steel muffler with stainless wire.....
Should last the life and sound good !!

you cite a bad pargramer, this is a new term for me.
Last week replaced the cat back exhaust on my 2001 ST.
All the parts and clamps were from NAPA. Would highly recommend them. .
The hardest part was removing the old stock exhaust system
Again have not dealt with the pargramer on my ST so cannot help you with that.
