Hey guys....anyone ever remove the tread on an Adrenalin running board?

I have a stone/rock or something stuck under the black tread and it is very noticeable....but am loathe to PRY up on it and break it..it is very stiff. It think it has 5-6 pins to hold it on but it definitely is on there tight. Do not believe that the entire board has to be removed, but could be wrong. Appreciate it.

Those plastic clips suck, can you use a hanger or stiff wire to just catch whats there and pull it out?

OK...i'm gonna try that. I'll pry the tread up a tiny bit and get a bent hanger to pull it out. Thanks TZ

Thanks TZ..it wasnt even a rock. Some a-hole screwed a bolt UP from the underside of the rboard ??? and it extended 1/2 inch, not allowing the tread to sit flat.
I VERY carefully pried the tread away from the board surface about 3 ft...gave me enough room to dremel the bolt flush. Cleaned all the dirt, sprayed with silicone and it is now flush.Good day!
