Hitch Installation

I bought a hitch from a member and I will be installing it tomorrow. My question is do I need to replace the two bumper to frame bolts with the type that comes with the hitch or are the ones that are connect with the metal piece rated high enough to support the full towing load of the hitch?:huh:

The bolts with the hitch should longer to allow for the additional thickness of the end plates.

And there are Six bolts that hold the Ford Hitch to the Frame. There is also a metal spacer plate that fits between the Hitch and the Frame to make up the space that the Bumper Bracket takes.
