I changed my pads and rotors about 10k ago. It seems like everytime I pull into a parking spot slowly with my foot on the brake, it seems that the ABS engages. What does that mean? It seems to happen when my wheels are turned. Any info?

Either the ABS ring on the rotor is dirty, broken, or the sensor or connector is loose...

Check the rotor ABS ring. Remove wheel, look through the cooling holes in the rotor, shine a light on the ring and turn the rotor. The ring is out of alignment. Had the same problem recently. I removed the rotors, measured the ring on the old rotors from the braking surface to the ring, and set the new rotor distance. Worked like a champ. If you do a search for "brakes", there are several posts addressing the issue. Hope this helps.
