house closing

family is in sunny florida waiting for wednesday's closing on our new home. it's in hernando at terra vista. construction is done and from the pic's i have seen it's real nice in a gated community with golf, tennis, and two community centers.

great , now i have 2 mortgages :wacko:



anyone want to buy a house on long island ?
