How much should a two year extended warranty cost for a 03 with 33K in mileage?

I have a 03 2wd ST with 33K in mileage. Is it worth it to invest in an extended warranty plan?

Just looked up the extended warranty on my Trac, they are half the price that my dealer quoted.

I just ran a price check on mine..It was the same price I paid for the same coverage, when I ordered mine last month, from a brochure from Ford..I guess I got lucky..

ed, normally the dealer can not set the price on the warranties, what they can do is overcharge you for it, and make some money...



the premium care is the best you can get. For the 1500 I think I paied for mine, if the tranny goes, rearend, t-case or motor, it is worth it... IF little crap goes, if the cost is over the $50.00 deductible, I will let ford fix, if under I will fix. Either way it is a piece of mind for me..
