I have Ford Sport Trac 2008.Does anyone the name of this? Or what does it do?

Yeah, we really need a further away pic, and clearer to help you here. Im assuming its tranny or AC line but ya never know.

Sure I will try and take a better picture it's a little hard because it's under the multiple Admission.will
try again.Thank you so much for time.God bless.My Ford Explorer Sport Trac cuts off while driving,and wiring was changed,and the computer was checked all good.Thought it could be this part.
