Recently came across an older Bluetooth speaker I wasn't really using for anything and thought I would be good in the ST.
I used adhesive strips with Velcro to mount the speaker to the top of the dash. Then I ran the power cord around the edge of the dash, down the the steering wheel, and wedged the cord between the flooring and plastic interion parts to hide all the way back to the seat and up to the power source.
Not fancy, but... effective, cheap,
and easy!!
