Well this is a first someone left me negative feedback for not receiving an item that they bought just last Friday! They purchased the item September 23rd at 6:41PST. That is correct last Friday after I closed the shop down for the weekend. Some people have expectations that are just unreal let alone how they read an auction ad. The ad states - shipped within two business days not including weekends.
 
I do agree, I only get those hard to get things from ebay, but Now i look to other places...



Rob, I know you left ebay for a while, may be time to go again... Some times the money made is not worth the headach....

Or you have to state in your auction the shipping rules and stuff in 72 font type in red color..

And that might not even work...

leave them negative for being STOOOOOPID! Seriously, leave feedback for them stating the facts... OR, try and have it mutually withdrawn? I know it can be done, just not sure how.



Are you sure it's not one of your previous unhappy fools just trying to give you crap?



 
SST, Just wanted to say thanks for recommending Rapid Tac. I bought two 4oz. bottles, one of the Remover, and one Tac, and both products worked awesome removing/installing that new decal you sent me. :D -Heather

Cruz - I replied to the feedback and sent them an email as well. I leave positive feedback as soon as I recieve their payment. I don't hold them hostage...lol
 
Theresa had someone that was in Key West leave her negastive Feedback because it took too long to recieve the item. It was shipped the following day after they sent payment. Between the time it was shiped and the time it was recieved, Hurricane Rita was visiting Key West and the Keys were evacuated.



People are stupid, really stupid. No wonder VW offers Hill Hold Assist.

I don't understand. I had no problem with my first order from you and some mis-communications on the second.That was quickly rectified and I even received a free 3rd light decal for the mix up. You have one of the few companies that I would buy from again even if someone else had a little better deal.

I had another customer complain because it took three days for the Post Office to deliver to NY from Seattle. He said my service was slow. I said well here is the number to our complaints department. It was the number to the Post Office since he was complaining about slow delivery.
 
I just looked up that jerks feedback and you're not the first he did that to.

It looks like he did the same thing to another person on the same day. I have been on Ebay a long time and have never heard of that. No matter where you shop online you can't expect to buy something Friday night and receive it Monday morning. What a jerk.

Hey Seattle Sport Trac...I was checking out your website. Nice. I see that you have some speaker boxes that fit under the back seat of the trac. Do you have to take the back seat out to install them?

There is no pleasing some people, especially on ebay. That's why I have never attempted to sell my LeverLift products there.



Since it sometimes does take the post office an extra day to deliver Priority Air Mail, I would suggest that you state "Shipped in 2 business days" and allow up to 5 business days for the post office to deliver. If they want it faster, allow them to select overnight service.



Is there anything that ebay can do about these unreasonable buyers? I don't think that getting in a negative feedback war is the answer since you sell more than most of these jerks buy so it hurts you more than them.



I usually hate the sellers that have all those rules and treat the buyers like crooks, but I guess those sellers have gottem burned afew times and don't want it to happen again.

DJ no not at all. CWells actually sells those on my web site. A lot of us have his custom boxes and we love them.

Ebay..ahh! So many people are on there now and don't know what they are doing. It's too bad that their stupidity has to shine in your feedback SST. A little communication goes a long way. They should have emailed you first before looking like a retard. If I ever have the money again...(Cough..someone need to buy a brand new bug guard?...I got one...) I'll be back.
 
Try to get the feedback "mutually withdrawn".



If that is not possible, then do what scott simon suggested:

Do the follow up if you wish... but be factual and courteous. I will still buy from folks with a neg if their explanation rings true.



It is the ones that dismiss their customers neg feedback with words like jerk and stupid that I never buy from. Even if your customer is a stupid jerk, no good will come to you by saying so in public.
 
I sent an email requesting why the feedback was left. I've not heard back yet. I have my weekly call with my Power Seller agent to go over this issue and other things. The guy/gal should be banned from eBay as they have a record of doing the samething to other buyers.
