Well I finally took some pics of the projects ive been working on for the last month! Ive split the rear seats 40/40 w/ a JL Audio 13W7 in a 2.3cuft ported fiberglass enclosure.

Ive been into car audio all my driving years, and I will tell you this is the loudest subwoofer ive ever owned... I love it.

Im still working on smoothing out the box, but just put some color on it to see what the future will hold ;)

I also have to paint the screw covers, and install all the new wiring I have here from KnuKonceptz.com

Anyways, here's some pics... the color of paint looks way off in the bright pics, but inside the vehicle with no flash the color is dead on.

Any comments are welcome, but be nice, I did all the work alone ;)

ck,

That's awesome engineering and 'glas work!, How did you split the rear seats?

Was there any frame work or fabric work on the seats? Wiring looks good, also!

Also, for texture, don't be afraid to take some hints from the DIY-type shows on

T.V. Maybe some "Stippling" or "Texturing" to match the grain of your existing interior

trim. You know, the thing with the sponge, or whatever, to match existing grains or

textures in your vehicle!

Awesome project, so far!

That is amazing. I love it. Great job. That is a radical idea and I think you did a great job on it. A write up would be great because I would love a LOUD stereo too. Keep up the great work.

Thanks a ton guys! I couldnt be happier with this setup.... It's extremely loud... I like bass, alot, but wow. If anyone is in the area and wants to hear this, lemme know.

I beleive there will be a dbdrag competition here this summer, im going to enter and see what this sucker can hit in terms of decibels.

So ya, a few small items to clean up, and its basically done.

Well, I made a little video of the sub playing in my ST... Heh, its hard to tell how loud it is, but as I near the car the audio starts distorting because of it, ahaha...

Check it out! (Its a 20MB AVI File, Beware slower connections)
