idle rpm

Anyone know what the normal idle rpm is? I did the intake air throttle body and IAC motor cleaning in the projects section and idle rpm seems to have increased fron 700 rpm to 1000.

I just did an exact search on all posts for idle speed. It is between 650 - 725 rpm. See link for more info.

While the motor cools down, take the negative battrey cable off. When you put it back on, start the motor and let it idle till it gets to normal temp. It may need to relearn after the IAC cleaning,,,

Update,

I took it out on the highway to warm it up and the rpm is now in normal range at idle, thanks everyone for your input
