IF your front windows clunk or are slow to go down, please read GEN 1

The pass side window started acting up last year with a slight clunk and tough to go down but Easy to go up.....



Today the sucker decided to get jammed on me.......



I took it apart and found the 'retainer" track was worn out and that was the cause..... I have lubricated the track before and the top felt but neglected the felt in the door......



I also found that the pass door lock switch was cracked...



The worse thing is the i tested the drivers side and found movement in the window....



So here are the pics of the culprit and parts I am replacing...... Gonna be over $100 bucks i beleive...

yeahp, i have just recently experienced that problem.....and i thought

it was all cause my girlfriend always slams my passenger side door.

and ive heard my drivers side window rattle as i shut the door when

its half way down.

Ah ha, I wondered if that little phillips screw held it in place. Nice, I will order the sensor.

pfft i know your pain Todd, i had to fix my window last year, cost me 200
