Brought my truck to River Valley Ford in Baldwin, WI, to have the right rear shock absorber lower mount repaired. They gave me a brand new Focus as a loaner. It had every option available on it. It even had a heated leather steering wheel. I went for 100 mile ride while my truck was being fixed. I got the center video screen stuff and 20 buttons on the steering wheel figured out. If I were in the market for a small car, I'd buy that one. I'm going to wait for the new Ranger to come out. I guess that'll have the same options, so you might say I got a taste of what to expect.
