hey guys,

if i were to buy a new indash radio is there a piece i can buy that will cover the rest of space since wats in there now is like 4 inches and an indash radio is only 2

Any of your local Best Buy, Circuit City etc. shops that have any car audio department will have something to do just this. It'll be a whole kit, you have to snap off the right tabs for the sport trac etc. but I'd recommend a Metra kit over any other. They aren't too bad on the wallet and make for a nice clean install.

The indash units all have kits specific to the vehicle. The Sport Trac has a pocket, pretty handy actually, that goes below the unit.



Those stores mentioned by Curt are fine, I just trust them for any installs past the audio unit.
