Installing a remote start

Hello, I am wanting to get a remote start in my 04' ST but don't dont want to pay the ridiculous price for the "extras" that Best Buy charges (I know the actual price for those items because I use to work for Best Buy). I am leaning toward a factory refurbished Viper remote start only system. My question is has any one installed one of these systems at home? How difficult is it to do? I installed a kit on my 97' Jeep and it worked fine. I also know that I need a bypass kit for the key.

My viper was an easy install, Only issue I had was the keyless bypass box.... I wound up taking it out and running the Key kind.... Otherwise i love it..
