I gave up applying for "Class action suits" since I only receive one check for 12 cents...LOL Hardly worth the effort.
In this case, they state you will get nothing, but the money will go to charity of your choice on the list of approved charities.
Again, the only ones making money on this is the Lawyers. Why not just distribute the money equally amongst the listed chartities. That would reduce the paperwork and lawyer expenses, giving more money to the charities.

Even if Texas was listed. I wasnt going to join. As you said, you never get anything. The lawyers do line there pockets....LOL
