Someone post the invoice price and I can not find it please help.

There is no such thing as an Invoice price for a used car..... a 2004 Mach 1 Mustang would only have used car prices based on mileage and condition. If you go to www.kbb.com, or www.edmonds.com you will be able to find a good estimate of the value for that vehicle in your zip code area.
