Where to buy/who makes an ipod/mp3 player adapter compatible with a 2004 Adrenalin Sport-trac with the 5-CD Pioneer system?

Thanks in advance,

David H.

The only way to do this is with an in-line FM Modulator. That's what I did for my '04 Adrenalin. Bought it from Crutchfield. I tapped into the 12VDC on the lighter for power, and ran it through a switch so that I could shut off the modulator when not in use. Otherwise, it interferes with AM.

The wiring's messy in this picture, but it's mounted in the console, so it's outta sight

They have all sorts of products and interfaces. I have an AUX line that plugs into the back of the pioneer and it works great

Kyle,

Unfortunately, the 2004-2005 OEM Pioneer Adrenalin head unit doesn't have the ability to receive auxiliary inputs. So the only the only way to listen to an iPod through this unit is either with an over the air FM modulator, or an in-line FM modulator.

traintrac,

my mistake. i bought my adaptor over a year ago from logjam to fit my 2004 XLT 6 disc and it works great and I saw they have a million connectors on there. sorry about that.
