ISO rear e brake mounting plates

Hello everyone, I am looking for 2004 sport trac rear e brake mounting plates for both sides as mine are totally rusted. Does anyone have any recommendations on where I could get some new or used as Ford discontinued them? I hope everyone stays safe during this time.
