issue with Fog lights and HID

OK I installed a 35/50WATT HID system.

Been working great.



But with the bad weather I noticed that when I turn on the fogs only, the HID powers on to high beam.

If I have the lows on and then turn on the fogs the HID going into high beam mode.

I'm trying to use the Fogs and DRLs.



But of course now I don't rememberif I did this.



But was there a fog light mod that involved the light switch wireing adn being able to turn your fogs on with the parking lights only on?

Or is that stock.

The mod you maybe thinking about. Is, Fog lights staying on with the brights. Factory wiring turns off the fogs with high beams, automaticly.

In most states it is illegal to run high beams and fogs together. That is why the factory sets them the way they do.

With the stock wiring, can teh folgs be turned on with only the parking brakes?



Right now with just the parking brakes on, if I turn the fogs on teh HID high beams come.

So yat this sounds related to having the fogs come on with high beam.
