Ok, I got the sub Thurs. and installed it today. This was after I paid him on a Sat. and he shipped on Tue. Thumbs up to him for the fast service.

Let me tell you all that it is a very well crafted and solid box. I was replacing a MTX Loudspeaker box that was under my rear seat with this one that goes behind the seat. It's like night and day. I have ALOT more bass and it sounds great! It's been along time since I couldn't see out my rearview mirror!!! Jacob definately knows what he's doing and will make some really well crafted boxes for everyone on the site. Definately give him your service and you won't regret it.

The box fit inside the rear panel behind the driverside rear seat. (8" single sub box)

I also will be posting pics tomarrow of the final look. I also have a project write-up to send to Rich tomarrow on how I put it in. With this box I didn't have to remove the rear panel completely. Took me 1/2 hour to install from start (taking the speaker out of the old box and into the new) to finish.

Be sure and congratulate Jacob on a job well done and I want to send out another BIG thank you to him also. (That makes what, about ten thank you's Jacob?);)

Glad to hear everything worked out great. Thanks for the compliments and the suggestions which will be implemented in all future boxes (just some very minor changes)

Look forward to hearing more reviews from people in the future :D

The enclosures that will fit inside the compartments can only be 4" deep so it kind of limits options. I orginially had Kick Comp's (VR's will not fit) which sounded pretty good. Stonemiser is using a roadmaster if I remember right.

There are very few options if you want to keep your rear compartment. If you are willing to give it up it opens lots of possibilities.

Jacob, please don't take this as questioning your boxes, I'm sure they're great, just curious on your measurements. I was able to get, using 3/4" MDF, about another inch of depth at the most narrow part of my box (dual 8" w/Image Dynamics subs). I put the cut sheet dimensions in my library so feel free to compare with your box.

Ken you don't have the covers for the compartments on which gives you that extra room. If people want to keep the storage compartments they can only be 4" deep. If they are willing to give up that storage then you can fit about 5".
