Well, its been a couple weeks and im totally happy with the sound from my new stereo system, and I am wanting to get into a higher end head unit... Couple Questions that I have if anyone knows.

If I swap out the factory NAV unit, and I put in the Kenwood Excelon DNX8120 will the Kenwood still use the factory antenna on the roof?

Anyone know what the MSRP of the stock NAV unit is? (Mine would be for sale)

Thanks!

A good stereo shop may have an adaptor for the antennae. I think msrp on the nav unit is somewhere around $1800 but you will never get that for it. You can find them on ebay for anywhere between $500-$800. Some are priced more but are usually buy it nows adn they don't seem to ever sell. Last week I lost out on a unit for $450 locally..called about 10 minutes too late

Just remember that if anybody buys a nav unit for the ST that it isn't plug and play. Modules need to be reconfigured with Fords IDS.
