Is the ignition key supposed to open the door locks manually? I've alway used the keyless entry. I;m still having a problem with my door lock. help!

yes, it does not unlock all the doors...

spray some wd-40 in your lock and move the key in and out, then turn the key to the open then close position. It should loosen everything up.

my ignition key won't unlock my doors fro mthe outside. my lock wont pop up , it will lock but when I press the unlock button it does not pop up? I hasve to go inside the passenger door and unlock the drivers door from the inside handle.. help it's cold out! :O)

then the lock is stuck or the motor that opens the lock is shot.....

I think I need a new latch assembly? My bro who is a mech eng isa outside with me right now and he's leaning toward that.

no the lock works with the remote when the door is closed, but when I open it and press the unlock button on the remote it get stuck still. the button won't pop up.

Push down somewhat forcefully (towards the ground) on the key while tryin to unlock... works for me

no that was the original problem, the button wouldn't pop up when the door is closed.
