Leaking Front Dif...

Hey,



I've got a 2004 XLT Premium 4x4. I think the seal where the drive shaft goes into the front dif is leaking... It's not a lot, but it's still a drip or two on the garage floor each day.



Has anyone else had this problem? Is it a big fix?

I had the same thing in my '04 XLT Premium 4X4. It is your pinion gasket. Mine was fixed under warranty, so I don't know the cost. I only spent 1 hour in the waiting area while it was fixed.

Common problem. My 03 leaked from the front pinion and rear diff. both fixed under warrenty. Its pretty quick and easy fix ruffly an hour wait.
