Looking for console cover (don't know what it is called) for dark gray concole frame around radio. Cig lighter is attached to it.

So the part you are looking for is the Radio Bezel, right?? Not the part with the armrest on it? I suggest checking out local junkyards for Explorer Sports, Explorers and Explorer Sport Tracs. I thin 1999 and up models will have what you are looking for. Also Ebay occasionally has them up for sale.

The year if you have fog lights as they moved the switch off of the bezel in 04. And, if it is a 4X4 or not...
