Looking for Sabon-Italic and Sabon-Roman Fonts

Does anyone have the Sabon-Italic and Sabon-Roman fonts that they can send me. I am working on a pdf document and it has these fonts and without them I can't edit the text. The document was created with a Mac so maybe this is a Mac font? I searched but every site I find them on wants me to pay and I am trying to avoid that
