I have had my 2005 XLT ST for a couple years, but just recently came into the budget realm where I can work on it.
Still in college, so I am still on a budget....So I have done a lot of appearance/maintenance work on my own. Now I am interested in working on some performance aspects, but I can't justify spending $250 for each new upgrade on a 118k truck.
I have read through a ton of threads talking about Throttle Bodies, Exhaust Systems, CAI, Tune ups, all of which I am interested. Obviously something like an Exhaust System isn't going to get mailed, but I am sure there are others that can! Since these trucks are getting old, and a lot of users on this forum are inactive, I figure there MUST be some scrapped or sitting ST's with used mods I could buy.
If you have any upgrades that are no longer in use, please respond on this post!
Parts I have already changed out or fixed:
Dark headlight/taillight housings
LED headlight/reverse lights
Interior LED lights
2" TT + Shackles
Roof rack
Painted trim + grille
Westin Safari Light bar w/ 20 in. light bar
Replaced Sway Bar End Links
Painted front Tow Hooks
Ford emblem overlays
