Looking for vent valve or filler neck

Im looking for the vent valve that goes on the end of the vent tube that is attached to the fuel filler neck. it is not a part the i cant purchase it separatly from ford I was hoping someone may have needed to change that valve and found a way to do this without having to purchase a fule take filler neck.
