Lumbar went out again in 07

Anyone else have this problem? I went and had it fixed the first time and it took them a whole day to take the seat apart. Luckily they gave me a rental. Is there anything I should ask for or do since this is the second go round?

1) make sure they have it recorded on the receipts and so do you.

2) make sure they don't try to say it is something different than it was because after so many times of fixing it, they have to replace it if the lemon law works that way by you.

3) Ask them to fix it right !!!!
