luncheon with a president.....

i had the privelage today to attend a luncheon with president bill clinton as the keynote speaker. the luncheon was held by the long island association.

i am not much of a "political" person, but i must say i was impressed with his presentation and thoughts on how to improve our country. the topics ranged from housing, unemp, economy, banking, health care.

one thing alot here would like to know is that mr.clinton is all for restoring domestic manufacturing.

imo, bill, run for prez again :banana:

He is a very good speaker. I saw him when we went to the Inauguration for Obama as part of the program that we were there with..

I provided water born security for him in New York harbor. He was super nice and super cool...



His spouse,,,, I cannot say the same thing about her...

A good friend of mine was part of Marine One. He said Bill Clinton is one of the most down to earth person you would ever meet.

Marine One was in our hangar at Dobbins on day, was working third shift, it was a huge Helicopter, it took up half the hangar, tried to get the Marines that were part of the crew to put a "Dole for President" sticker in front of where Bill Clinton would have sat, he politely refused, but laughed at our jesture....:bwahaha:
