watched about 5 minutes. WTH is wrong with people? about 2 weeks ago I was dispatched to a highway in my town for a man possibly on drugs jumping in front of cars. At the time he was not struck. We arrived to find the man fighting with State police. Turns out he was on PCP and was trying to die by throwing himself in front of motorists. He was fighting with the statees and they worked him over pretty good, but on PCP im sure he felt nothing. We transported him handcuffed with a police escort to the hospital for evaluation/treatment. Amazing he didnt get hit.
