When Mom goes to Germany, she brings home some Marzipan Kartofeln (Potato's) they look just like small potato's. Not as real as that baby looks, but they sure taste good.

I showed Theresa that picture and she said there was no way she could have eaten it because it looks so real.

Definitely not the kind of thing most of us would find palatable.
 
I wanted to know more about it and did a Google search ("marzipan baby").

The Snopes website was the first result!
