How big of a tire and wheel can i go to fit a stock 2003 sport trac. i need both so if u could tell me a wheel size and the tire to fit it i would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

On the stock 16" wheel you can run 265/70/16's.

Answer

265/70-16 - Possible chance of slight rub lock to lock. The 265's are 30.5" tall, and that dimension can vary from tire to tire, mfg to mfg. Some members report running 275/70/16 with minor rubbing as well. Do a site search and you will find more on this topic.

265/75/16 and a tiny bit of rub top right inner wheelwell and they rub on the sway arm on both sides if taken lock to lock



some have used 3/8 spacers and the rub lock to lock has gone away
