My neighboors sued Toyota - and won... Kind of.....

My neighboors owned 2 Toyota's where the engines died before the 36K warrenty and were replaced under warrenty due to engine sludge. Both were verified by 5 independent mechanics they owners took care of the minivan and car. They were involved in a class action that was settles last week. They no longer own both Toyota's and drive american cars now but just thought I would post this information anyone can pass along to those who have problems getting money back for the repairs.

Toyota has just recently admitted there was a problem with sludge in some older models.
