Mystery support on Frame

I am curious about what these what look like supports from the frame to the body are called. I several that have rusted out and failed inspection. Can these be replaced? Picture included.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

I hate to say it but you need more than just those pieces whatever they are called. You need a good body shop or restoration shop to cut all that rust out and replace with steel especially if you need to pass inspection. Oh, and don't forget a big bag of cash too.

That "Was" a body mount bracket that's rusted to heck..... That truck is ready for the scrap pile soon.... Be safe with it...
