Need Adrenalin Info

Hello All,



I currently have an 01 Trac with 130k and have started to look for another one. I have found a 2008 Adrenalin with 3k at a local dealership. It is silver but appears to have a grey interior from the pictures I have seen. Shouldnt it be black? Also I have been reading on here that the 08 did not have heated seats nor did it have the sync system, is that true? I thought I saw an "information center" on the dash of the 2010's, is that right? Any help you could offer would be awesome! Thanks Marsha

Marsha, they did (and still do) only come in Black Leather Interior and some 08's did come with Sync.

2008 STA's did not have heated seats. All STA's have the all-black leather interior. Late model-year '08's started to have the SYNC system.

I beg to differ, but on my 08 Limited I have the leather seats and they are heated. This was a job 3 and built on 2/25/2008. It also includes Sync.

I don't have the specs on the 08 Adrenalin, so I guess they might not have offered the heated seats, but that would seem strange for the up-model not to have something the Limited would have!

I can't remember the option package I ordered to include the heated seats, but I did order the heated front windshield because that was the only way to get the heated outside mirrors.

In 2008, heated seats were indeed an option on the Limited ST's, but not the Adrenalin. I asked the Ford reps about this @ Louisville 2008, & they said it was because the Adrenalin seats came from a different supplier than those found in the Limited. This was resolved for 2009, & heated seats were/are available on all 2009/2010 Limited/Adrenalin Sport Tracs.
