I was looking at the Ilo 1gb with fm tuner @ wallyworld It has a FM tuner that you can record onto the player which I thought might be handy?

WalMart also has a number of portable DVD players like 150 & under

Anyone have any experience with any of these type devices?

I have two Audiovox's. One in my wifes Mountaineer and one in my ST. The one in my wifes car has an *" screen and ran about $300 + extra for the second screen. I do have ILo dvd players in my house and they work fine. No skips on bumps or anything. The kids like them on long trips.;)

I looked at walmart's site and they do have a few nice ones. Just make sure they will go "flat". There isn't much room back there for systems that just fold out into the "L" shape. Mine are nice because they are small enough to mount on the headrest of both seats and are out of the way for grown-ups to get back there without having to move them.;)

Toys R Us near us as a very good looking dual monitor portable DVD system by Craig. One of the units is the player and the LCD monitor integrated and it hangs on the back of a seat in a vertical (hugs the seat back) fashion, and the other unit is just the lcd monitor. Both monitors are the same size and seemed about 8". It looked widescreen, and it contained the holder/bag and all the straps for installing. Oh, it was $249 if memory serves.

One thing to consider is the power adapter for the ST. My 2004 only has the one in the front passenger side.

Its CRUTCHFIELD for me (www.crutchfield.com) . I am in process of ordering a "cheap" MP3 player around $150.00 from them.

With CRUTHCFIELD they give you the install kit and adapters for most vehicles if paying $129.95 and up.

They also tell you what will fit your vehicle.

I looked at theoens at Wal-mart and priced them at both places.
