Well I received my new Drilled and slotted rotors and pads last night and started removing the pads and calipers from my brakes last night as well (got excited). I painted up the calipers I nice shiny silver and now I want to remove the rotors (in the front, I have an '01).

My question is how big is that lug/hub bolt thingy so that I can do this? Or is there something I am missing, is there an easier way to get that rotor off?

I will go buy the proper tool, I just need to know what I need. Thanks for any help.

Dallas, if you have the 4x4 you just pull the rotors off. There is nothing holding them on besides the lug nuts. They are likely somewhat seized on, so you may need some elbow grease. If I am wrong someone will correct me in short order.

Im a bit of a retard. You are right, I was just not thinking correct, they are a little seized on, when I get home I get I have going to have to give them a couple taps with the ol ballpein hammer. Thanks Olaf.
