NEED/WTB: White gauge needles

I tried to get some at several junk yards, but they told me I had to buy the whole cluster for $300. Anyone have or know how to get just the needles?

i remember seeing a project on the cluster from the rangerpowersports.com forum. i believe u can just take the oem needles and remove the orange or paint over them. which im not totally sure, but i know its something like that. i cant think of anywhere that would just sell the needles either, for fact its a complete part. shop around, remember, u can use needles from 95 ranger to present, 95 explorer to i believe 01, and sport trac 01 - 05. it just might come down to it, that ull have to get the whole cluster.
