Neutral Tow kit

I have found a source for the Ford " neutral tow kit" required to tow the 4X4 ST four wheels down. This company bought out the inventory of the ford supplier that went belly-up.

Wife wanted my 08 said no!!!!! Found her a 07 limited and it has a neutral tow installed.

Can't find info on how to operate it. Ford house here no help. Thanks in advance for any info on it.

Im curious, anyone know how it works in a ST with an auto? I didn't know the transfer case had a neutral position, does it?

My Ford dealer told me they didnt make any, so I just assumed they didn't make any till now.

I believe that the kit is just a LED to tell you it is in neutral & some warning labels, although the V8 kit includes a micro witch that goes on the shift lever. Also some program changes are required to what they call the "4X4 control module"
