Hi all thanks for the acceptance. I'm the new owner of an 05 XLT 2wd I live in southern Ontario Canada. A family member had the sport Trac parked in a garage for 11 years after losing their license. I made an offer on the truck and we worked out a deal. I have since gone through and replaced all fluids, brakes, wheel bearings axle seals, tires, belts, plugs, wires, ect. so far it's been a great daily, I'm chasing a rough idle but other than that I like this little rig

Sounds like you're getting ahead of the game on maintenance.
Best to know & deal with the quirks\weaknesses of the V6~4.0L~SOHC Engin + 5r55e Trans:
* OilPressurized TimingTensioners; renew every 100kMiles\12Years
* JunkPlastic ThermoStatHousing; renew with Aluminum version
* Trans ValveBody Gasket
* ....
