New Rims...tire help anyone?

Next week I am getting a 3" body lift installed on my Sport Trac (any one have any pictures of JUST a body lift on their Trac?) and also installing 15x8 American Racing Rims. Does anyone know what size tires would fit these rims best without minimal or no rubbing? Im not exactly a fan of the low profile, wide off-road tires, but would like to see if it's possible to get tires with a slightly higher sidewall and somewhat beefy treads so they fill up the wheel wells a little more. Any suggestions? :unsure:
