No factory sub after upgrade

I just installed my Pioneer AVIC F90BT and the sub is not coming on. I didn't notice it until I went and checked each speaker for sound. All wires on harnesses have been tripple checked, all else on the system works great.



What/how does the factory amp get signal and power from?



I will post pics after I hard install my back up camera into the tail gate handle.
