Had to clean battery post to get truck to start. When battery was reconnected, outside temperature reading was gone. How do I fix it. Thank you.
No outside temperature reading.

Best to note your YearModel (Gen1 = 2001~2005, Gen2 = 2007~2010) in your profile &\or signature.
Not had any issue with the OutsideTempDisplay in my 2001,
but understand a CircuitBoardResistor tends to burn out & can be easily repaired.
Try "Outside Temperature Display" in forum search function or Google or YouTube.
