Ive been checking in on the postings. Lots of opinions on the local, state and Fed responsibilities and what they are doing and not doing right. IMO-there are/were three natural disasters. Hurricane, then the flood, then the anarchy. the emergency response efforts are overwhelmed and I think would be no matter how prepaired you are. Could the response be better-maybe, maybe not.
