Went to turn on the radio of my 2004 Sport Trac and its not working neither is the back window and moon window. Took it to an Auto Zone and they checked the fuses and said they are OK any suggestions?

window relay. the radio has 2 fuses.

Actually the radio has 3 power fuses F1.39 under hood and F2.28 & F2.29 under dash.
Moon Roof is F1.10 under hood.
Rear window is F1.39 and F1.10 under hood.
F1.47A under hood is a common to all of the above.
So check first the F1.47 then F1.39 and F1.10.

Could all these have gone bad at one time?? Checked the 2 by the drivers door they were OK the ones under the hood the guy changed them with ones of the same color from a different area with the same color.....the CD player will come on to eject or load a CD!
