That is not even a good forgery...:bwahaha:



I think the young lady has mental issues if she thinks she would fool anybody with that piece of painted cardboard.



Many years ago, when I was in Jr High School in Cleveland, Ohio I had a friend who made counterfeit bus passes....he eventually got caught but they were really good duplicates considering that only needed to be flashed briefly when getting on a buss. He did them all by hand with colored pencils...like works of art !



They were only good for a week and cost about a $1.00 for students if bought at school because we used them to go back and forth to school, but they were same as regular bus passes that we could use anytime to get around town.

I saw an interview with the Iraqi man who made fake passports for people who wanted to sneak out of Iraq - including Sadaam's gov't officials who wanted to travel incognito. He was asked how he got out of Iraq since all the officials knew him. His answer was great - "I make passports." No further explanation was needed. He was that good. Whoever made that license plate is not.

Held on $400 bail? Seems kind of cheap for a felony count. Her tickets would add up to more than that.

When you can't afford real plates and registration, $400.00 could seem to some to be a small fortune!!
