OD light went off again

Believe it or not, this morning on my way to work the OD light flashed again. This is not even after three months from having Ford repair my tranny.



Will see what they say it is, I took it to them this morning and will see what triggered this to happen.

I got word today it looks like there is a slip on second and third band, so by Monday i will know if overhaul is needed.



I did only one thing before all this occured, I removed my 93 oct program from my truck, I have the Xcal 2 and the next morning that when the OD light went off. Have anyone else had any experiences like mine?

If you went back to stock tune. Some have found they needed to disconnect negative terminal and let the system relearn. After a few miles all was ok. Worth a try..
